1. For pre-sales, we provide accurate and fast response that is required by the customer, big and strong sales team will help client find all kinds of solutions.
2. For In-sales, we confirm all the details with client to ensure there are no problems and disputes before delivery.Besides it, the finished products will be tested by our QC, we will take photos and videos for customer's confirmation.
3. For after-sales, we have 1 year warranty for all of our machines. The broken parts will be given for free in one year after the machine is received by customer.Also, our engineer and technician can teach online.
