Attentions when operate the Battery testing chamber
1.To avoid any failure in the battery testing chamber operation, please provide power within rated voltage range.
2.In order to prevent electrical shock or malfunction, please do not turn on the power until the installation and wiring.
3.This product is non-explosion-proof, please do not use this testing chamber in the combustible or explosive gas environment.
4.Please try not to open the door of the test chamber during the operation.Opening it at high temperature may cause scalding to the operator, and it may cause frostbite to the staff in the early field at low temperature, and may result in the freezing of the evaporator and affect the refrigeration effect. If you must open, please do a good job of protection.
5.It is forbidden to disassemble, re-manufacturing, modify or repair the testing chamber without authorization. Otherwise, there is a risk of abnormal action, electric shock or fire.
6.The ventilation holes should be kept unobstructed to avoid malfunction, abnormal movement, reduced life span and fire.
7.Do not use the testing chamber if it is damaged or deformed .
8.Be careful not to allow dust, wire, iron chips or anything else to enter when the testing chamber is installed, or there will be a mistake or failure.
9.The connection must be correct and must be grounded wire connection. Without grounded wire connection may cause electrical shock, wrong action accident, abnormal display or big error in measurement.
10.Check the terminal screws and fixtures regularly. Do not run the testing chamber when any screws loosen.
11.During the operation of the chamber, the power terminal cover must be closed on the terminal board to prevent electrical shock.
12.During testing chamber operation, when modification, setting, signal output, starting, stopping and so on,full consideration should be given to security. The wrong operation will damage or break down the testing chamber.
13.Please use dry cloth to wipe the meter, do not use alcohol, gasoline or other organic solvents, do not splash water on the meter, if the meter immersed in water, please stop using immediately, otherwise there is a risk of leakage, electric shock or fire.
