It owns more than 100 sets of all kinds of high-precision processing equipments, including CNC machining centers (CNC milling/drilling/boring/ grinding lathes, large CNC vertical/horizontal lathe), plasma arc welding, automatic gas shielded arc welding, drencher environmental protection and automatic spray paint lines, etc.
And the company is well provided with physical and chemical laboratory. The existing detection equipments include spectrometer, hardness tester, universal testing machine, tensile impact testing machine, YFT automatic hydraulic valve tester, acoustomotive thickness tester, low temperature test chamber, low temperature impact testing machine, etc. All the perfect facilities can meet customers’ maximum production and inspection demands.
By years of efforts, the company has been certified to the ISO9001 quality system, API-6D, API607 fire test, CE, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, GB/T28001occupation health and safety management system certification, China pressure piping components manufacturing license(TS) certification, etc.
